On Sunday, August 25, 2019, Margarette Brooks was baptized into Christ while her son Marcus, and many of the brethren at Central, witness and rejoice in her decision.

The sermon of the hour was based on the Apostle John’s first epistle where we are told that “If we say that we have fellowship with Him (God), and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.” 1 John 1:6 (NKJV). Margarette made the decision and took the bold step forward to say from now on, I want to walk in the light!
